Hall Sensors
AKM Hall sensors respond to changes in magnetic fields. They produce a voltage output proportional to the strength of the magnetic field perpendicular to the sensor. These sensors are frequently used for magnetic field measurement, position sensing, and current sensing applications.
About sensors
Hall Sensors is listed under Sensors — proximity, photoelectric, ultrasonic, hall and limit sensors. Sensors in this category detect the presence or absence of objects without physical contact, or by contact in the case of limit switches. Proximity sensors, including inductive and capacitive types, respond to metallic and non-metallic objects respectively, typically within short ranges (1-50mm).
